The Service

uWebsites lets you import, build, edit, and publish websites, with AI-assisted content and design. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual property;
publish malicious, deceptive, or harmful content;
attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or others' data;
resell or abuse the Service in ways that harm its operation.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import or publish.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and include usage allowances (such as AI credits). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
